The Forest Weekend

Two nights in a timber house among the trees. Slow yoga, long walks, a sound bath by the fire and nothing you have to answer.

Leave the phone in the car. Nobody will mind.

The Forest Weekend is for people who are tired in a way a lie-in does not fix. We take care of the food, the timings and the fire, so the only plan you need is the next walk.

Every session is optional. Some guests do all of it, some sleep through the morning practice. Both are the right way to do it.

Book your place

A £150 deposit holds your room. The balance is due four weeks before, and if you need to cancel before then, your deposit moves to any future retreat.

What to bring

Walking boots, a warm layer, comfortable clothes for yoga and a water bottle. We have mats, blankets, bolsters, towels and wellies in most sizes.

Dietary needs? Tell us when you book. Everything is cooked here, from scratch.

Good to know

I have never done yoga. Is that all right?

Completely. Every session is taught for mixed levels, and resting is always an option.

Can I come on my own?

Most guests do. Meals are shared, so you will know everyone by Saturday lunch.

How do I get there?

The nearest station is Chepstow, and we collect from there at 3pm on Friday. There is parking if you drive.

Is there phone signal?

A little, in the garden. There is wifi in the kitchen if you need it, and nowhere else.
