Do I need a consultation first?
For facials and peels we include a short consultation at the start of your first appointment, so there’s no need to book one separately.
What should I do before my appointment?
Arrive with clean skin if you can, and avoid exfoliating or using retinol for 48 hours before a peel.
Do you offer patch tests?
Yes, free of charge. We’ll book one in at least 48 hours before tinting or lash treatments.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please give us 24 hours’ notice so we can offer your space to someone else.
Can I buy a gift voucher?
Of course. Vouchers can be bought online or in the studio and are valid for twelve months.
